How to order in three easy steps!

Contact Me With Your Order

Let me know what it is you are interested in ordering. You can visit the Contact Me page to reach me by phone, email, or in person.
If you are in the Antigonish area from early May through to December I am a proud member of the Antigonish Farmer’s Market. Every Saturday while the Market is open you can find me there with a selection of all of my products.
Once I have a list of the item(s) you are ordering we can move on to the next step.

Handling and Packaging

With your order all picked out, we next have to calculate the shipping costs and get everything packed up and ready to ship! Many of the items that I make can be bulky and rather awkward to ship, requiring specialized packaging and a little extra love from the post office. After you have sent me your mailing address I will be able to determine the shipping cost and necessary handling time. I will also let you know if there are any special shipping options available to you.
Now that we have a shipping total I will be able to email you an order total.

Payment & Shipping

With your order total in hand, its time to arrange payment. Once your payment has cleared, your item(s) will ship as soon as possible. Please allow at least one business day for handling time.
I currently accept PayPal and Money Orders for online orders.
If you are using PayPal your order total will be emailed to you as a PayPal ready invoice listing your item(s) along with the shipping cost. Click on the link at the bottom of the email to be taken to PayPal’s secure site to make your payment using your PayPal account – or sign up for one safely using your credit card in minutes.
If you are paying by Money Order your order will ship after your payment has cleared the bank.
That’s it! We’re all done and your item(s) will be winging their way to you shortly. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Privacy Statement

For security reasons no financial information is processed or handled on my end at all. The only manner by which I accept payment by Credit Card is through PayPal – and all sensitive financial information is held securely by PayPal itself with only your shipping and contact information being passed on to me.
The only personnel information that will be retained by Brook Ridge Farm is the contact and shipping information for each customer. Customer contact information will be securely stored and will never be sold or divulged to a third party.
